According to TMZ, the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services has opened an investigation into Marion “Pooch” Hall’s recent DUI and child endangerment arrest. The Ray Donavon actor was allegedly so wasted that he allowed his 2-year-old son to sit on his lap and steer his vehicle, eventually crashing into a parked car. Upon arrest, Hall had a .25 blood alcohol level; the legal limit is .08 to operate a motor vehicle. The open investigation by DCFS will interview the Hall family and look into Hall’s records, to see if this is common behavior or an insolated incident. If it appears to be a one-time bad decision, DCFS would most likely let the case be settled by the courts.
