Debbie Reynolds’ Legacy Reduced to Rubble

The building that housed Debbie Reynolds’ Legacy Studios was torn down over the weekend. The studio, opened by Debbie in 1979, was frequented by many A-listers, such as, Michael Jackson, Cher, Bette Midler, Mariah Carey, John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John.

Following the death of the actress, her son had planned on turning the building into a museum, but the vision never happened and the site was sold at auction in October. It is unclear what is set to be built in its place.

Debbie passed away in 2016 after suffering a stroke. She was 84-years-old.

Kanye Put The Phone Away

Kanye West apologized to Broadway star Jarrod Spector for his poor etiquette. Jarrod, who stars as Sonny in the new Broadway show “The Cher Show,” called out Kanye for being on his phone during the show.

The fashion mogul, who attended the show with Cher obsessed wife Kim Kardashian-West, must have had pretty good seats for the actor to call him out. Jarrod took to Twitter to share his annoyance writing, “Hey @kanyewest so cool that you’re here at @TheCherShow! If you look up from your cell phone, you’ll see we’re doing a show up here. It’s opening night. Kind of a big deal for us. Thanks so much.”

Mr. West replied to the tweet with his apology writing, “Please pardon my lack of etiquette. We have so much appreciation for the energy you guys put into making this master piece.”

A source added, “Kanye loved the production and was taking notes on his phone.”

Cops at Cher’s

A whole team of law enforcement and first responders, including ambulances and a fire truck, swarmed Cher’s Malibu mansion Thursday. Turns out the cops were executing a warrant on a drug-related charge, and took the son of Cher’s assistant into custody. 23-year-old Donavan Ruiz been charged with supplying the drugs that led to the death of a user. But why all the EMTs and fire squad? Police say they were concerned the encounter could have turned violent. Word is Cher was not on the property at the time, but apparently Ruiz lives in the mansion.

Drama with Cher and Madonna

Drama gets better with age. While on the Ellen show, Cher revealed that she has not buried the hatchet with frenemy Madonna. While playing a game with Ellen, Cher was asked to name three celebrities that she would like to do a duet with. The 72-year-old named “Adele, Pink and…uh, um-not Madonna. Until that moment, fans believed the two singers had squashed their beef, as did Ellen who joked “Well, all right, Ms. Negative!” Cher clarified her feelings by saying she has “respect” for Madonna but “she’s…mean. I don’t like that”.
