Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have officially finalized their divorce. According to TMZ, the exes will share custody of their three children, meet with a co-parenting therapist monthly for at least six months and equally split their accumulated properties. The couple, who announced their split in June 2015, took their time with the divorce proceedings because they “are in a good place with the family and are taking careful steps to make sure everything is in order,” a source told E! News. The two were married for 10 years.
Ben Affleck has been seen hitting the gym while in rehab and ahead of his current role as a recovering alcoholic turned high school basketball coach, but maybe he should spend more time on an elliptical. He was spotted filming a scene requiring him to jog down a street, and he seemed to really be struggling with the light cardio work — but maybe he’s just channeling the character.
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are almost officially divorced. The couple submitted a settlement package on Friday, and are now just waiting for final approvals. The two hired the same divorce lawyer to get things done with as little conflict as possible — as appears to be the case. There was no prenup. As part of the settlement, Ben and Jen will visit a coparenting therapist together once a month for the next six months and are barred from yelling at or disparaging eachother in front of their kids.
AS IF TO UNDERSCORE THE POINT – the happy former couple went to church together Sunday morning with their kids.

Jen and Ben met in 2002, got engaged and called off the engagement in 2004. J-Lo says that dating was “actually worse” back then because of all the gossip and rumors in the tabloids, but today with social media, fans get to see a little of who the person really is. “Life with Alex is just easier” Jen said. She added, “When we met, we’d both already done a lot of work on ourselves.”

Ben Affleck is back to acting, in a role he should be able to understand deeply: a recovering basketball All-Star who takes a job coaching at his old high school. He was snapped on the set of “Torrance” this week, looking back in peak physical form. Maybe that’s why he was ditching rehab for the gym a few weeks ago.
Ben Affleck’s “casual relationship” with Shauna Sexton is over. An insider told E! News that the relationship was “not serious to begin with” and the two have “decided to no longer see each other.” The duo recently spent a weekend in Montana, with Sexton documenting the whole trip on her Instagram; only one photo had Affleck in it and it was just the back of his head. The 46-year-old actors completed 40 days of in-patient treatment right before the Montana trip and is currently continuing with outpatient treatment.
Ben Affleck is enjoying his post-rehab freedom. He and 22-year-old girlfriend Shauna Sexton spent the weekend in Big Sky, Montana. She snapped pics of the getaway throughout the weekend on Instagram — Ben was only in one, but viewers only got a look at the back of his head. They were an item before he went into rehab. The trip came on the heels of news that Affleck had finally finalized his divorce with Jennifer Garner.
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are divorced. After 10 years of marriage and 3 years of separation, the two finalized their divorce last Thursday. People reported that the exes’ lawyers and a judge met at Garner’s home to settle everything. The reason for such a delay in the proceedings, was due to Garner wanting Affleck to be sober before they decided on a custody agreement for their three kids. The actor, who recently entered rehab after an intervention held by his ex-wife, completed his 40 days of treatment the same day they signed the divorce papers.
Ben Affleck has completed rehab. He’s done his 40 days and is in outpatient care. In a statement he thanked friends and family for their support. It’s the third time he’s gone through an alcohol rehab program, first in 2001 and again in 2017. But friends say this time is different because Ben has seen how drinking has impacted his marriage and his kids more than before.
Ben Affleck was spotted taking another break from rehab. The actor was seen at church with his ex, Jennifer Garner and their kids, Samuel, Violet and Seraphina. Affleck has previously been spotted leaving his rehab facility for workout sessions and studio meetings. While leaving treatment is a different approach, it seems to be working for him, a source told TMZ — pics of the actor showed him in top shape wearing a tight, fitted tee shirt.
Ben Affleck isn’t letting rehab slow him down. He was spotted leaving Warner Brothers Wednesday with a script in-hand after taking meetings at the studio. Some sources say he’s done with rehab in Malibu, but other friends say he’s very serious about tackling alcohol addiction and isn’t quitting the program just yet.
Ben Affleck has completed his 30 days of rehab, but is “committed to getting better” and has opted to “stay longer”. This is the actor’s third stint in rehab.
