Alec Baldwin Pleads Guilty in Parking Lot Punch

Alec Baldwin pled guilty to a harassment in the second-degree charge from an altercation last November. The charge came after the actor was arrested for punching a man over a primo parking spot. According to the Manhattan District Attorney, the actor must participate in an anger management class as part of his plea.

Alec tweeted about the ordeal on Wednesday, saying “I pled guilty to a charge of harassment, a violation. The press reported that I punched someone. That is untrue.”

Alec Baldwin In Court

Alec Baldwin appeared in court for his alleged altercation with a man he says took his parking spot. The actor was in court for just under an hour, dressed casually in a purple polo and glasses.

He pled not guilty to misdemeanor charges of harassment and assault. Baldwin’s attorney gave to the court a video of unknown origin that shows no physical contact occurred between Baldwin and the alleged victim.

This somewhat contradicts police reports from the scene, which indicate Baldwin told cops he “pushed” the man, and nothing more. Meanwhile, the alleged victim says Baldwin punched him out. The actor will be back in court in January.

Ireland Baldwin Accused of Looting

Ireland Baldwin was accused of looting her own house over the weekend. The daughter of Alec Baldwin returned to her Malibu home to grab some things before evacuating, when she had an unfortunate run in with a police officer. The officer thought that Ireland and her mom Kim Basinger were entering the upscale neighborhood to cause trouble because the address on the 23-year-old’s ID didn’t match her home address. He went as far as threatening to arrest them if they didn’t leave. Ireland shared her experience on twitter writing, “In times like this when people are losing loved ones and losing their homes, the least you can do is show compassion and be as kind as you can even if you can’t help them.”

Baldwin Brother Brawls

Alec Baldwin was arrested on Friday in NYC. The actor got into an argument with another man over a parking spot that his friend was allegedly saving for him. Alec grew angry, argued with the man and then punched him in the face. The alleged 49-year-old victim was taken to the hospital, while the actor was taken away in handcuffs. The eldest Baldwin brother was released from custody on Friday afternoon with charges of misdemeanor assault and harassment. After his release, Alec took to Twitter saying, “Normally, I would not comment on something as egregiously misstated as today’s story. However, the assertion that I punched anyone over a parking spot is false. I wanted to go on the record stating as such.”

Kim’s Independence

Kim Kardashian-West opened up about her marriage with Kanye West. The mom of three shared with Alec Baldwin on his show, “The Alec Baldwin Show,” how she has had to be less independent since marrying Kanye. The reality star said, “I think being with a man like Kanye, you have to learn how to be a little bit not-so-independent. When you get married and have a husband that has their career and then have kids, your independence…you have to let it go.”

Kim K Chats With Alec B

Kim Kardashian-West sat down for a chat with Alec Baldwin, on his new talk show, “The Alec Baldwin Show.” No topic was off limits, including the robbery incident in Paris, in which Kim was held at gunpoint. The 38-year-old told Alec that for about a year after the incident, she felt like she had “lost” herself. She said she wasn’t depressed, but was not motivated to get up and work like she used to. In the end, the reality star is “grateful for the experience. Even though it was horrific.” On a lighter note, Kim gushed about her family and said she feels “blessed to get to work with them every day.”

Biebs Got Married

Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin have confirmed they got married in New York last month. Rumors swirled when they were spotted getting a marriage license — but the couple was mum. Uncle Alec Baldwin sort of blew their cover during a red carpet interview, but nothing had been made official. But now their nuptials are on the record, and there’s no prenup. They tried to get one put together the same-day of the marriage, but didn’t have time. Now that it’s been done, a post-nup isn’t in the cards either; Justin is so in love he doesn’t see the need for one. For the record, he’s worth $250 million, and she has a couple million in the bank.
