Ty Dolla Sign is facing a possibility of more than a decade in prison. The rapper was recently indicted on drug charges that included felony possession of cocaine, felony possession of THC and misdemeanor possession of less than 1 ounce of weed.
This past September, Ty and his crew were in Atlanta when their limo was pulled over and searched. Drug dogs were called to the scene and got a hit on Ty’s bag. The rapper was arrested, while the others who had been riding with him were let go.
Ty was in town for a concert. He was supposed to open for Lil Uzi Vert and G-Eazy.
Reality star Tommie Lee got out of the slammer, only to get locked right back up. Law enforcement officials told TMZ that the “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star was released on November 7—with an ankle monitor—only to get picked back up for violating her probation in her DUI case.
Tommie was arrested twice in a 24-hour window back in October for a DUI and allegedly stalking her daughter and slamming her into a school locker.
She will get a second shot at release later this month.
Former Mexican President Vicente Fox feels that even the notorious El Chapo deserves a little love. Vicente told TMZ that the judge denying the drug lord a hug from his wife in court was harsh. The former Prez added that he’d be okay with the 61-year-old getting conjugal visits, but only if he remains in prison forever.
Tekashi69 was transferred to a new facility after being “gangsta checked” by several Crips. According to TMZ, Tekashi—a known member of the 9 Trey Gangsta Bloods—was confronted by inmates who are affiliated with the rival gang. The rapper was told that he better understand who was in charge and before a fight could ensue, prison staffers intervened.
While the new facility is known for criminals who have cut deals, Tekashi’s attorney, Lance Lazzaro, said that even though his client was being threatened in jail, he did not request to be transferred. All the 22-year-old asked was that he be in a unit away from Crips and Bloods.
Alec Baldwin appeared in court for his alleged altercation with a man he says took his parking spot. The actor was in court for just under an hour, dressed casually in a purple polo and glasses.
He pled not guilty to misdemeanor charges of harassment and assault. Baldwin’s attorney gave to the court a video of unknown origin that shows no physical contact occurred between Baldwin and the alleged victim.
This somewhat contradicts police reports from the scene, which indicate Baldwin told cops he “pushed” the man, and nothing more. Meanwhile, the alleged victim says Baldwin punched him out. The actor will be back in court in January.
A linebacker for the 49ers was arrested on Saturday at a hotel in Tampa Bay. Reuben Foster was accused by his ex-girlfriend of slapping her in the face and breaking her phone. The ex called 911 and when police arrived, Reuben was handcuffed and booked on a 1st degree misdemeanor domestic violence charge. The alleged victim told police that she has been in a 3-year on-again, off-again relationship with the 49er. She also accused him of domestic violence back in February, but later recanted. The 49ers cut the linebacker following his arrest
Tekashi69 received his trial date on Monday morning, after he entered a plea of not guilty in his federal racketeering case. The rapper, who has been incarcerated since his arrest on November 18th, was notified that his trial date has been set for September 4th. The issue of bail was not addressed at the hearing, so as of now, Tekashi will remain behind bars until that date. His attorney, Lance Lazzaro, did offer to pay $750k, surrender the rapper’s passport and have him remain on house arrest, but it was all denied. The 22-year-old has 6 charges against him and could face anywhere from 25 years to life in prison.
Tekashi69’s drama has followed him to his prison cell. Apparently, a number of inmates at the facility where the rapper is being held are pissed at the special treatment they believe he is receiving. Tekashi is being housed in a dorm designated for high-profile inmates, dirty cops and child predators. The dorm was cleared out before the 22-year-old arrived and then filled with “docile” inmates who are not affiliated with any gang. Lance Lazzaro, Tekashi’s lawyer, told TMZ he doubts his client is getting any sort of special treatment.
“Big Brother” alum Christmas Abbott has pled not guilty to alleged criminal mischief. The reality star who was arrested earlier this month, allegedly drove to a local gym to confront her baby daddy and his new girlfriend. The 36-year-old rammed her vehicle into the other woman’s, causing $5,000 worth of damage. According to E! News, Christmas also “threw a coffee cup and caused a scene.”
Tekashi69 could face life in prison if convicted on the most serious of the 6 charges against him. The rapper, who was arrested along with members of his fired crew, has been charged with the alleged “acts of violence that were intended to protect the gang’s drug business, retaliate against rival gangs or promote Nine Trey’s rep on the streets.” These acts include: drug deals, armed robberies and shootings. The mandatory minimum sentence is 25 years.
Tekashi69 is in federal custody. The 22-year-old rapper, along with members of his recently fired crew, were arrested on racketeering and firearms charges. The take down was a joint effort by ATF, NYPD and Homeland Security. Tekashi, who appeared on “The Breakfast Club” last week admitted—ironically—that he only feared two things: “God and the FBI.”
Chief Keef will avoid jail time in his DUI case. According to court records obtained by TMZ, the rapper pled no contest to a reckless driving charge, which got his felony DUI sentence reduced to 6 months of probation and 50 hours of community service. The 23-year-old was busted last year in Miami after cops pulled over his green Lamborghini.
The man who allegedly pistol-whipped Tekashi69 this past July has been arrested. Anthony Jamel Ellison was arrested last week on a federal warrant. According to TMZ, Anthony has been charged with one count of conspiracy to obstruct commerce by robbery, one count of obstructing commerce by robbery and one count of carrying a firearm to commit a crime. He is also reportedly affiliated with the 9 Trey Bloods gang.
Former “Bachelor” star Chris Soules agreed to a plea deal in the fatal car crash case against him. The reality star pled guilty in an Iowa court room on Tuesday to one count of leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, which is an aggravated misdemeanor. He had initially pled not guilty in hopes that he could get the case dismissed, but that was unsuccessful. The 37-year-old rear-ended a John Deere tractor, causing the tractor’s driver to fly into the ditch. While Chris stayed at the scene to administer first aid after calling 911, he left before the cops arrived. The elderly driver died from his injuries. The sentencing is scheduled for January; if sentenced, Chris could get up to two years in jail.
Larissa Dos Santos Lima was arrested for domestic battery in Nevada. The “90 Day Fiancé” star, who is married to Colt Johnson, claimed that her husband was threatening her and took her phone. The police were called and when they arrived, they knocked down the couple’s front door and had their guns drawn. After handcuffing Colt and talking to the pair separately, the responding officers decided it was Larissa who was at fault. In a message posted by Colt, after the incident, he shared that “it is the policy in the state of Nevada” to arrest someone during a domestic dispute, so his wife left in handcuffs. According to court records obtained by E! News, this is the reality star’s second arrest for domestic violence.
The ex-boyfriend of Mick Jagger’s daughter will not be charged for allegedly beating a man. In August, Georgia May Jagger’s then boyfriend Norman Theuerkorn was arrested for felony battery after punching Andrew Knight’s—son of Suge Knight—boyfriend. The attack that happened at a karaoke bar in West Hollywood left Andrew’s boyfriend, Darren Young, with internal bleeding. Norman’s attorney, David Diamond, told TMZ that his client will not be charged due to insufficient evidence.

News that they are hoping to get the 46-year-old back with his family in New Jersey. On October 10, a judge ruled that Joe would be deported to Italy following the completion of his prison sentence. The reality star was sentenced to 41 months in federal prison following his tax fraud indictment.
A judge has ruled on El Chapo’s request to hug his wife during his upcoming drug trial. The drug lord’s attorneys filed a request for the 61-year-old to be able to embrace his wife at the trial because he has not seen her or talked to her since his incarceration 2 years ago. His attorneys added that the lack of contact has “hurt his mental health.” The unnamed judge, who gave Chapo props for his exemplary behavior during his time in jail—has denied the hug. According to documents, the judge wrote, “the court is sympathetic to the request” but is “constrained to deny it.”
Drug Lord El Chapo has one request for the judge during his upcoming trial—to hug his wife. Attorneys for the 61-year-old have filed legal documents asking the judge to allow him the “humanitarian gesture” of embracing his wife, Emma Coronel Aispuro, as he has not had any contact with her for two years. The former leader of the Sinaloa Cartel has been in solitary confinement—not able to see, call or write to anyone—since his arrest two years ago. The judge has not yet ruled on the hug.
Alec Baldwin was arrested on Friday in NYC. The actor got into an argument with another man over a parking spot that his friend was allegedly saving for him. Alec grew angry, argued with the man and then punched him in the face. The alleged 49-year-old victim was taken to the hospital, while the actor was taken away in handcuffs. The eldest Baldwin brother was released from custody on Friday afternoon with charges of misdemeanor assault and harassment. After his release, Alec took to Twitter saying, “Normally, I would not comment on something as egregiously misstated as today’s story. However, the assertion that I punched anyone over a parking spot is false. I wanted to go on the record stating as such.”
Farrah Abraham took a plea deal in her case against the Beverly Hills Hotel. In a Los Angeles courtroom on Friday, the former “Teen Mom” star pled guilty to one misdemeanor count of resisting and one count of delaying or obstructing a police officer. The charges stem from a fight that occurred at the Beverly Hills Hotel last month, involving the 27-year-old. The reality star’s plea agreement came with a sentence of two years’ probation, five days of community service, 12 hours of anger management and she must stay away from the Polo Lounge in the Beverly Hills hotel.
Taylor “Lil Bit” Wright was arrested twice in 3 days. Just 48 hours after the “Party Down South” star was arrested for allegedly punching her mother-in-law in the face, she was hauled in for taking her kids out of their home state of Virginia. The trip was a no-no because it was a direct violation of her custody agreement with their father. TMZ released the reality star’s mug shot, in which she is smiling. That smile will disappear really fast when she is told that taking children across state line is a class 6 felony in Virginia.
Tekashi69 was sentenced to probation in his child sex case. In a NYC courthouse on Friday, the rapper was given what his team had requested—4 years probation with time served, so technically 3 years probation plus 1,000 hours of community service. The 22-year-old was charged with the crime in October of 2015, after being at a party in Harlem where a 13-year-old girl was engaging in sexual acts with another man while the rapper was made obscene gestures behind the underage girl; it was all caught on video. A rep for Tekashi69 told TMZ that he “understands what he must now do moving forward and we will be with him every step of the way.”
MEANWHILE—Mere hours after his probation sentence, Tekashi69 celebrated his daughter’s 3rd birthday with his baby mama. The party had a unicorn theme and the proud papa thanked god (and the judge) for the second chance to be a family man.
The disgusting human named, Rae Carruth, has been released from prison. In 1999, the former NFL wide receiver hired a hitman to kill his then pregnant girlfriend, Cherica Adams. Cherica was shot four times, but managed to call 911. An emergency c-section was performed to save the baby, but Cherica passed away 4 weeks later. Rae was charged with conspiracy to commit murder, attempting to destroy an unborn child and discharging a firearm into occupied property. He was sentenced to 18-24 years and served 19 of those years. In a recent interview, Rae said he is “excited to get out of prison but nervous about how he’ll be received by the public.” Boo-hoo-hoo for the poor ex-con.
Jovan “Pee Wee” Clayton was arrested last Thursday on an outstanding domestic battery warrant. The former member of The Rej3ctz, couldn’t care less about the impending arrest, as he was focused on his lady friend who he was going “f**k the s**t” out of—which explained the three boxes of condoms found in the trunk. His plan drastically changed when it was revealed that the woman with him was actually a confidential informant who had just “dropped the dime” on him. Pee Wee was booked on felony domestic abuse and his bail was set at $100,000.
