Jussie “Not Guilty” Plea

Jussie Smollett has officially entered a not guilty plea on charges he arranged a “hate crime” attack then lied to law enforcement about what happened.

The judge instructed Smollett to appear in court each day of the trial. If convicted on all 16 counts, he could face up to 48 years in prison.

He’s also allowed to travel between New York and Los Angeles, but must notify officials when he leaves and departs.
