Lucky Whitehead’s DUI

Lucky Whitehead was so drunk during his December DUI arrest that he told cops “I’m not alright to drive.” The ex-Dallas Cowboys receiver was pulled over in late December in Virginia after he ran a red light. Lucky was slurring his words, babbling and completely bombed the field sobriety test. The 26-year-old was arrested and charged with a DUI, refusing a breath sample, driving without a license, failure to obey a traffic signal and a seat belt violation.

Last month, at his first court appearance for the incident, he didn’t enter a plea and is due back in May to face the charges.
