Chargers Survive Ravens’ Comeback Bid

The Los Angeles Chargers are headed for New England after going into Baltimore and defeating the AFC North Champion Baltimore Ravens 23-17.

Philip Rivers threw for 160 yards and the Chargers’ defense ruined the playoff debut of Lamar Jackson.

Jackson was horrible through most of the game and was booed by the fans despite having gotten them the AFC North crown. It wasn’t until midway through the fourth quarter did Jackson find a rhythm. He finished with 194 yards passing, two touchdowns an interception and a fumble that ended the Ravens’ comeback bid.

The Chargers MVP was rookie kicker Michael Bagley who hit four first half field goals to put the Chargers up 12-0 at the half and added a fifth in the 3rd quarter.
