Falcons HC Safe, Coordinators Not So Much

The Atlanta Falcons are struggling through an injury ridden season and while head coach Dan Quinn’s job is safe for 2019, changes are likely for the offensive and the defensive coordinator positions.

The team’s entire staff is set for an overhaul which could mean the firing of offensive coordinator Steve Sarkisian and defensive coordinator Marquand Manual.

The Falcons will miss the playoffs for the first time since 2015 and only two seasons removed from the NFC Championship and one quarter away from winning Super Bowl LI following the 2016 season.

Atlanta is currently 9th in overall offense and 24th in total defense and are sitting at 5-9 and face the Carolina Panthers on Sunday who are in the middle of a six-game losing skid.
