Diddy Rallies For Florida’s Gillum

Diddy is rallying for Florida gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum. Sean “Diddy” Combs held a rally on Monday for the Democrat candidate and current Tallahassee mayor and was joined by Tiffany Haddish, DJ Khaled, Will Packer, and someone called Monica at the Florida A&M University event. Diddy said Gillum would be the first black governor of the Sunshine State, but he wasn’t endorsing him because of that—he also says Gillum is the “best man for the job.” Gillum, who has run into ethics troubles after FBI probes into corruption in Tallahassee city government, is in a tight race with Republican Ron DeSantis, but has been leading most of the polls.

Diddy’s New School

Sean “Diddy” Combs is opening a new school in the Bronx. The business mogul announced that he will be opening a third Capital Preparatory school, next year. This follows the one he launched in Harlem in 2016. The 48-year-old is donating $1 Million and partnering with Dr. Steve Perry, who opened another Capital Prep school in Connecticut. Diddy says that the focus is all “about educating our children, bringing them up as leaders.”

Diddy Break-Up

Sean “Diddy” Combs and Cassie Ventura are done. E! News confirmed that the rapper and the 32-year-old singer and model broke up several months ago. A source told People that “the decision was amicable and they remain friends.” The couple was together on and off for more than a decade. Neither have commented on the split.
