Brees Passes Manning for NFL Passing Record

New Orleans
Saints’ quarterback Drew Brees lead the Saints to a 43-19 home drubbing of the
Washington Redskins and along the way became the NFL all-time leader in passing
yards.

With a 62-yard
TD Brees, leapfrogged over both Brett Favre and the Peyton Manning to take over
first place on the all-time list.

Brees’
dominant 26 or 29 for 363 yards and 3 TD performance leaves him 1 TD shy of 500
for his career leaving him 9 behind Favre for second place and 40 behind Peyton
Manning for the lead.
