Women on the currency…an idea

Over at Right Wisconsin, I write today about an alternative to taking Alexander Hamilton off the $10 bill, an idea gaining…well, um, currency in Washington these days:

Bouncing the founder of American currency from American currency doesn’t really make sense, though, so I propose an alternative: remove a virulent, racist dictator instead.
Andrew Jackson is perhaps most infamous for prosecuting one of the darkest chapters in American history, the Trail of Tears, in which an entire civilization was forcibly and brutally relocated as part of Jackson’s quest for “breathing room,” to quote a more recent tyrant. He defied the Supreme Court and operated lawlessly on many occasions.
There are certainly many pivotal women, but the Democrats’ choices are more narrow than you may think.
Whole thing here.
